The Purchaser shall immediately after the sale pay to the Coroner a deposit of ten thousand pounds (£10,000) by Bankers draft Bank cheque or Advocates client account cheque (or, if agreed, with the Coroner and strictly at the discretion of the Coroner, by electronic bank transfer) in part payment of the purchase money and shall sign this agreement to complete the purchase according to these conditions. The Coroner will require sufficient and acceptable proof of identity (photographic evidence), residential address, source of funds and source of wealth. Upon failure of immediate compliance with this condition, the Property may be put up again for re-sale at a former bidding or otherwise.

The Purchaser shall pay the remainder of the purchase money by means of a client account cheque drawn by the Purchaser’s Advocate or by electronic bank transfer from the Purchaser’s Advocate’s client account and complete the purchase at the office of BridsonHalsall of 16-18 Mount Havelock in the Borough of Douglas on the 12th day of August 2026 or earlier by mutual agreement.
